  It has been years since I have been in this Applebee's because of bad service and food, but I thought I would give them another shot.
  Service was slow, the restaurant was nearly empty (5 tables full, 3 servers on duty and the manager running around) but it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us let alone seat us. The server was nice but also slow, and didn't seem to have much knowledge about the menu, although she had been there a while. (she said)
  I got mozzarella sticks.. asked for ranch.. the mozzerella sticks were cold before she brought out the ranch, and my drink was more fizz than Dr. Pepper.
  I ended up ordering to go since I was on my lunch hour and it was going slow.. a simple Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and requested they add tomato. I got no plastic ware, burnt chicken, ranch dressing and no tomatoes.
  The manager was interactive with the floor and was nice so I will give them that. But I will not be returning. There have been too many issues with this place, last time I had a piece of melted PLASTIC on my steak... New staff and new management have neither helped nor hurt this place. You can't fix crap.

  Lots of menu options...Almost TOO many! It's nice to see healthier options on the menu, especially for us keto eaters. BUT....Dinging them down a star for NOT DISCLOSING CALORIES ON THE MENU. Shame on you....And down another star for oversalted food and poor/messy plate presentation...THIS IS HOW IT ARRIVED AT THE TABLE...I don't serve plates looking like this at home!!
  
  Our server was pleasant but not very attentive, despite the lack of diners at noon on a Friday (it was during the inauguration). The restaurant was clean.
  
  Hubby had a burger and fries, which he LOVED.
