  They burnt everything I ordered. Rude. No one washed their hands. The middle aged woman who I guess is the manager, she had on a black polo and black hat (not like the rest of the staff) wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. Overall disgusting. Would 10/10 NEVER recommend eating here.

  When i went they had fresh pretzels and they even offered to let me try samples because i was very indescive on what i wanted the lady in front of me in line was very rude to the cashier but when i came up to order the casheir had a smile and was sweet and nice they offered me samples and even though i walked away buying a pretzel i know ill be back again

  When they first opened everything was delicious. Now the food is always burnt, sitting under a heat light to long, and old. Also there are 5 to 6 people working at a time, but honestly they are leaning/sitting while they play on their phones and one person is waiting on costumers. It's not appealing for the person who took my money is also handling my food. I work at the Mall so Auntie Anne's was a quick meal stop, but after today I won't be eating it anymore.
