  Let's start with this,
  
  We came on New Years Eve (and were reminded that it was "the busiest day of the year" for them by a staff member) and sat in that restaurant for two hours and fifteen minutes. We sat down at 7:15 and did not get our food until 9:20.
  
  I'm completely fine and understanding that you're busy, but when other tables around us were seated and finished before we even got our food: that's a problem.
  Not only that, but I personally got my drink 10 minutes after everyone else at my table.
  
  Finally, the wait staff was completely apathetic to the fact that we were growing bored of sitting there for what seemed like hours (and quite literally was two hours).
  
  I will not be returning on any holiday and quite possibly ever.
  
  The worst service I've ever received.

  Not only was every single aspect of my experience in your establishment a nightmare, it was a nightmare that kept on haunting, as I had indegistion and all manner of related intestinal issues the rest of the night and the next day from what food DID make it to the table.
  
  The waitress started off fine but quickly devolved into a completely detached ghost who we saw maybe twice our entire meal. The manager and other wait staff did nothing but make excuses that New Years is their "busiest night." Well, buckle up, brainchild- it's called a restaurant, not a nursing home. Staff the place appropriately in anticipation.
  
  Lastly, it was my birfday. So...thanks but no thanks.
